Conversation Workbench terms of use

Conversation Workbench is a private application operated for personal research and email archiving. It is not offered as a public email or backup service. Use is limited to accounts and data the operator is authorized to access.

Search results reflect imported content and the last successful synchronization. They may be incomplete or out of date. AI interpretations should be checked against the original messages. The operator manages access, retention, backups, and recovery of the local archive.

Read-only Gmail authorization can be revoked through Google Account settings. Revocation does not remove previously archived data; see the privacy policy.
